Is This Festival All Ages?

Yes, all ages are welcome.  Kids 10 & under are FREE.  ***2 children per ticketholer***

Do you offer hotel accommodations?

If camping isn’t your thing we have two hotel options.  If you’re looking to stay on-site then check out our VVIP packages offered for Old Towne Hotel.  We’ve also partnered with Chula Vista Resort and Flamingo Motel & Suites to offer you great rates for your festival weekend PLUS, we’ll have shuttle service to and from the festival so you can leave the driving to us.

Will there be parking?

Yes, we’ll offer plenty of parking within walking distance to the festival grounds. If you prefer not to drive please be sure to check out our transportation options.

Can I camp on-site?

Yes, we offer tent camping spots within walking distance to the festival grounds.  And the best part…come early because Friday is on us.  Yes, Friday is FREE.  Buy online or purchase on-site with cash.

Can I buy my ticket at the festival?

Yes, you’ll be able to buy tickets on-site at the box office but we suggest buying tickets beforehand.

Are you ADA compliant?

Los Dells is ADA friendly!  From bathrooms to viewing areas, parking and even lodging, we’ve got you covered.  Please email us at: info@losdells.com with any further questions.

If I leave the festival can I get back in?

The only people that have in and out privileges are ALL IN Passes and guests that are camping.  

What can I bring to the festival?

Portable/collapsible chair (individual seat only; no double wide or connecting chairs) to be used
in designated areas only
Bags must be 10x10x10 with only one single compartment (i.e. no zippers or pockets, etc) and smaller
Strollers
Binoculars
Blankets, sheets, towels
Cameras without detachable lenses or accessories
GoPro cameras without accessories
Sealed sunscreen lotion (non aerosol)
Empty hydration packs and water bottles (plastic or aluminum) max size 36oz
Portable phone chargers
2 factory sealed water bottles up to 1 liter each
Hula hoops  

What shouldn't I bring to the festival?

Fireworks, explosives, and weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, etc.)
Outside food and beverage
Laser pointers
Coolers of any kind (exceptions may be made for medical use)
Bags larger than 18L (about 10” x 10” x 10”)
Framed backpacks
Hammocks
Frisbees
Umbrellas
Professional cameras
Inflatables including balloons
Illegal substances or paraphernalia
Professional audio/video recording equipment
Camera accessories such as selfie sticks, tripods, GoPro mounts, detachable lenses, etc.
Musical instruments including whistles
Drones or any other remote flying device
Totmes, flags, banners
Cans/bottles/glass
Animals (except service animals)
Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts, or any personal motorized vehicles
Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors or solicitation of any kind
Large wallet and waist chains that exceed 12 inches in length and width of 1 inch
